Abstract:
A base assembly (10) and a food processing device (1). The base assembly (10) is used for the food processing device (1) and comprises: a base body; a stator assembly (20) which is arranged on the base body and comprises stator teeth (204); and a rotor avoidance area (104), which is configured to be suitable for placing a rotor assembly (40) of the food processing device (1) on the base body, wherein the stator assembly (20) is arranged on one side of the rotor avoidance area (104), and the stator assembly (20) corresponds to part of the side area of the rotor avoidance area (104). The structure of the base assembly (10) is reasonably arranged, so that the stator assembly (20) and the rotor assembly (40) are arranged in a split manner; the stator assembly (20) is used as a sub-component of the base assembly (10), and components of a motor in the related art are split, so that the assembly structure of the base assembly (10) is arranged to simplify the disassembly process of the subsequent maintenance and repair of the stator assembly (20) and the rotor assembly (40), thereby reducing the disassembly difficulty, and improving the maintenance efficiency.
