Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing base paper for a paper cylinder, the base paper having low environmental impact and excellent water resistance. As a solution, provided is base paper for a paper cylinder having 2-5 paper layers, wherein the paper layers are adhered with a water-soluble or water-dispersible adhesive, and have an elution rate of 2.0% or less.
