A base securing device for an air-supported structure, the device comprising a base body (200), a pressing board (300), and a first securing device (500). The base body (200) comprises a base portion (220) and a mounting portion (210). The mounting portion (210) is an inclined surface arranged in a direction of a structural fabric securing portion (110). The structural fabric securing portion (110) is arranged on the mounting portion (210). The pressing board (300) is a planar board, and has one end portion disposed on the structural fabric securing portion (110). The structural fabric securing portion (110) is located between a first end portion (310) and the mounting portion (210). The first securing device (500) passes through the first end portion (310), the structural fabric securing portion (110), and the mounting portion (210) sequentially, and connects the structural fabric securing portion (110) and the pressing board (300) to the base body (200). An air-supported structure comprises the base securing device for an air-supported structure. The base securing device for an air-supported structure of the present invention prevents a structural fabric material from having a crack or breakage due to bending and fatigue, thus improving safety of an air-supported structure.
