Abstract:
This control device comprises a means that acquires a state of provision of a predetermined service by a base station in a served area, and a means that, on the basis of a service coverage indicating, for each road section included in the served area, the proportion of areas in which the predetermined service by the base station is being provided, instructs the base station as to whether to provide the predetermined service.
