Abstract:
Provided is a base station device comprising: a scheme selection unit that, if an HO measurement report is received from a UE, selects an HO scheme from among a first scheme which does not use NRT and a second scheme which does use NRT; and an HO control unit. If the first scheme is selected, the HO control unit causes the UE to measure HO candidate cell system information and receives ECGI from the UE, and controls the HO of the UE by using the cell information of the HO candidate cell received from a core network using the ECGI. If the second scheme is selected, the HO control unit determines whether the PCI of the HO candidate cell is included in the NRT, and if included, uses cell information corresponding to the PCI to control the HO of the UE, and if not included, causes the UE to measure HO candidate cell system information and receives ECGI from the UE, controls the HO of the UE by using the cell information of the HO candidate cell received from a core network using the ECGI, and registers the cell information to the NRT.
