Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a base station device, a wireless communication device, and a communication method that utilize an appropriate frequency band efficiently. [Solution] This base station device comprises a radio bearer managing unit for establishing at least one first radio bearer in a first frequency band, and a flow control unit which allocates a first data flow and a second data flow to the at least one first radio bearer, and which controls the first data flow and the second data flow. The radio bearer managing unit establishes a second radio bearer, to which the first data flow or the second data flow is allocated, in a second frequency band in accordance with the communication quality of the first data flow.
