Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to allow a base station to efficiently notify terminals of the information of control for the terminals in a wireless communication system in which the base station and the terminals communicate with each other. A base station, which communicates with terminals by use of resource blocks constituted in predetermined time and frequency domains, comprises a terminal-specific control channel generating unit that generates, by use of the same antenna port as terminal-specific reference signals that are reference signals specific to respective terminals, terminal-specific control channels to be mapped onto a terminal-specific control channel domain, which is constituted by a predetermined number of resource blocks, for transmission. The resource blocks in the terminal-specific control channel domain are divided into a plurality of resource element groups. The terminal-specific control channels are mapped onto the resource element groups by use of a distribution mapping rule according to which the terminal-specific control channels are mapped in such a manner that the terminal-specific control channels are distributed to a plurality of resource blocks or by use of a local mapping rule according to which the terminal-specific control channels are locally mapped onto the resource blocks.
