Abstract:
The present invention provides a base station of mobile communication system that is capable of restraining both the connections of audio data communications performed by terminals meeting restraint conditions and the connections of data communications, which are other than the audio data communications, performed by those terminals and that is further capable of allowing the connections of audio data communications to fall outside the restraint. The base station comprises: a number-of-connection-requests counting unit (101) that counts and stores a number of connection request receptions of audio data communications in a specified time; and an ACB omission cancel determination unit (204) that detects terminals terminating audio data communications in a state in which the connections of data communications, which are other than the audio data communications, performed by the terminals meeting the restraint conditions are restrained and in which the connections of audio data communications are allowed to fall outside the restraint and that, if a count value stored by the number-of-connection-requests counting unit (101) exceeds a threshold value, determines to cause the connections of audio data communications performed by the terminals terminating the audio data communications to fall within the restraint.
