Abstract:
A basic logical element (1) is provided with: an arithmetic unit (11) that carries out an arithmetic operation; a self-diagnosis unit (12) that self-diagnoses whether there is an abnormality in an arithmetic operation result outputted from the element; a management unit (13) that determines whether to hold output authority for the arithmetic operation result on the basis of the diagnosis result of the self-diagnosis unit (12), and outputs the determination result as an authority signal; and an output control unit (14) that controls whether to output the arithmetic operation result of the arithmetic unit (11) on the basis of whether the data output authority is held by the management unit (13).
