Abstract:
The present application provides a batch control method and apparatus. The batch control method is applied to a power line communication (PLC) host, and the batch control method comprises: sending a write group address to at least two PLC devices, the write group address comprising a group control mapping bit, the group control mapping bit comprising at least two target bits, each target bit being used for identifying a corresponding PLC device, and the write group address being used for controlling the PLC devices identified by means of the target bits; and receiving write group address responses sent by the PLC devices. The PLC devices are identified by means of the target bits, thereby reducing the space occupied by the identifiers of the PLC devices in the write group address, and avoiding the effect on the control efficiency of the PLC devices caused by the packaging of the write group address due to the fact that the write group address is too large.
