Abstract:
The present invention relates to a batch-type painting system which enables painting and drying, which have previously been in separate systems, to be implemented together in one system, and which uses a heat storing combustion method that, through a combustion method, burns and eliminates harmful substances generated during painting instead of using activated carbon or a catalyst to filter the substances and remove them through a filter device, in order to minimize the concentration of harmful substances in exhaust gas. The system is configured to comprise: a ventilation chamber connected to an intake port through which fresh air is suctioned by means of a fresh air supply line on which a valve A is installed, and provided with a filter and a ventilation fan therein; a painting booth connected to the ventilation fan of the ventilation chamber via a ventilation line, connected to the ventilation chamber on the other side of the fresh air supply line via an exhaust line on which a valve B is installed; heat storing-type combustion equipment having a distribution chamber connected to an exhaust filter and a discharge gas line of the painting booth, having a ventilation fan B installed on the discharge gas line, having the distribution chamber on the other side of the discharge gas line connected to the ventilation chamber via a processed gas circulation line, and having a valve C installed on the processed gas circulation line; and a processed gas discharge line branched from the processed gas circulation line at the front side of the valve C of the heat storing-type combustion equipment, and having a valve D installed therein.
