Abstract:
In a battery abnormality detecting system 1, a data acquiring unit 111 acquires voltage data and current data of each cell in a battery pack in which a plurality of cells are connected in series, or each parallel cell block of a battery pack in which said parallel cell blocks, in which a plurality of cells are connected in parallel, are connected in series. An abnormality detecting unit 115 detects a cell or a parallel cell block in an abnormal state on the basis of a relative amount of voltage variation between the plurality of cells or the plurality of parallel cell blocks during a constant voltage charging period.
