Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery air-tightness detection system, comprising: a conveying line body (1), for use in conveying batteries, and an air-tightness detection station which is arranged beside the conveying line body (1); the air-tightness detection station comprises a controller (5), a jacking mechanism (2), an alignment mechanism (3), an air-tightness detection mechanism (4), and a defective product discharge mechanism. By using said battery air-tightness detection system, complete automatic detection of battery air-tightness may be achieved and detection efficiency in a production process may be greatly improved, theoretical production capacity reaching 16700 batteries/8 hours; the improvement from traditional manual detection to complete automatic detection greatly saves human resources, improves the accuracy of detection and reduces human error and defective products.
