Title:
BATTERY BUSBAR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND BATTERY BUSBAR MANUFACTURED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/080699
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery busbar manufacturing method capable of shortening the process time and substantially reducing manufacturing costs, and a battery busbar manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a plate positioning step (S100) in which three to ten aluminum thin plates (P) are superimposed, seated on a seating plate (10), and then placed in a designated position with reference to a setting guide (11); a plate transfer step (S200) in which, after the plates (P) are placed in the designated position as described above, a feeding cylinder (20) is operated such that ends of the plates (P) are transferred to obtain desired dimensions; a plate pressurizing/holding step (S300) in which a pressurizing cylinder (30) is operated downwards to pressurize/hold parts of the plates (P) which are cut after the plate transfer such that the parts do not make tiny movements; a plate cutting step (S400) in which a side milling cutter (40) is moved forwards after the plates are pressurized/held so as to cut same into pre-input dimensions while injecting alcohol into cut parts so as to dissipate heat generated by cutting; and an operation in which the side milling cutter (40) is moved backwards after the plate cutting, and if the pressurizing cylinder (30) moves upwards, the feeding cylinder (20) operates and moves the plates (P) forwards by pre-input dimensions. A controller controls the above steps and operations in a continuous and repeated manner, thereby manufacturing a busbar.
