Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell comprises: a housing, the housing being a hollow structure having a first open end; an end cover assembly, used for covering the first open end; an electrode assembly accommodated in the housing; an insulating protective layer, arranged between the electrode assembly and the housing so as to wrap at least part of the electrode assembly; the insulating protective layer comprising a main body portion and a protruding structure, the main body portion being provided with a second open end facing the first open end, the protruding structure being connected to the second open end and extending toward the end cover assembly, and the protruding structure being used for connecting to the end cover assembly. The battery cell, battery, and electrical device of the embodiments of the present application improve battery cell safety performance.
