Abstract:
Provided are a battery cell (20), a battery (100), and an electrical device, relating to the technical field of batteries. The battery cell (20) comprises a housing (21), an electrode assembly (22), and a first insulating member (23). The housing (21) comprises a first wall (211) and a second wall (212) arranged opposite to each other in a first direction (X), and the first wall (211) is provided with an electrode terminal (25); the electrode assembly (22) is accommodated in the housing (21), the electrode assembly (22) is electrically connected to the electrode terminal (25), and the electrode assembly (22) is supported by the first wall (211); the first insulating member (23) abuts against the end of the electrode assembly (22) facing the second wall (212); in the first direction (X), a gap (24) is formed between the surface of the first insulating member (23) facing away from the electrode assembly (22) and the inner surface of the second wall (212). Compared with a conventional battery cell, the battery cell (20) is in an inverted state, and the gap (24) reduces the risk that an electrode sheet of the electrode assembly (22) is pressed and wrinkled by a corner area (2151a) of the housing (21). The degree of pressing of the electrode assembly (22) by the corner area (2151a) of the housing (21) can be reduced or the electrode assembly (22) is enabled not to come contact with or not to be pressed by the corner area (2151a) of the housing (21) without the need to provide a bottom support plate, thereby reducing the risk of short circuit of the battery cell (20).
