Abstract:
A battery cell tab leveling device, comprising a rack (100), a battery cell clamping mechanism (40) arranged on the rack (100), and kneading units (101) respectively arranged on two sides of the battery cell clamping mechanism (40). Each kneading unit (101) comprises a guide rail (15), a sliding support (14), a kneading mechanism, a first driving mechanism (10) for driving the sliding support (14) to move along the guide rail (15) close to or away from the battery cell clamping mechanism (4), a second driving mechanism (20) for driving a rotating shaft (111) to rotate to drive the kneading mechanism to rotate, and a third driving mechanism (30) for driving a sliding sleeve (121) to move along the rotating shaft (111) to adjust an angle of the kneading mechanism. The battery cell tab kneading device is adaptable to different tabs of inner and outer rings of a jelly roll, and different sizes of jelly rolls.
