Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery cell terrace alignment device comprising: a base portion for supporting each component portion in order to align a battery cell placed on an XY-plane; a table provided along a straight line (X-axis direction) parallel to a process direction so as to support the lower surface of the battery cell in the process direction; a first front-end support portion provided on the base portion so as to be able to move along the XY-axis such that same is forced against one side of the front end of the battery cell; a second front-end support portion provided on the base portion so as to be able to move along the XY-axis such that same is forced against the other side of the front end of the battery cell; a first rear-end support portion provided on the base portion so as to be able to move along the XY-axis such that same is forced against one side of the rear end of the battery cell; a second rear-end support portion provided on the base portion so as to be able to move along the XY-axis such that same is forced against the other side of the rear end of the battery cell; alignment blocks provided on the first front-end support portion, the second front-end support portion, the first rear-end support portion, and the second rear-end support portion, respectively, so as to contact the battery cell; a forcing member provided on one of the first front-end support portion and the second front-end support portion or on one of the first rear-end support portion and the second rear-end support portion so as to provide an elastic force in the X-axis direction such that the alignment blocks are forced against the rear end or front end of the battery cell; and an original-side guide member provided on the other of the first front-end support portion and the second front-end support portion or on the other of the first rear-end support portion and the second rear-end support portion, on which the forcing member is not provided, so as to guide the original-side area of the battery cell.
