Abstract:
An advantage of the present disclosure lies in measuring performance of a battery with a simple method. A battery characteristic analysis apparatus 14 acquires, from a damped oscillation circuit 24 which causes damped oscillation of a current which flows in a battery Bj to be analyzed (wherein j is an integer from 1 to n), damped oscillation data for a damped oscillation current of the battery Bj. The battery characteristic analysis apparatus 14 determines a real part of impedance of the battery Bj, or the real part of impedance and an output voltage of the battery Bj, based on the damped oscillation data. The battery characteristic analysis apparatus 14 determines a degree of degradation of the battery Bj based on the real part of impedance of the battery Bj, or the real part of impedance and the output voltage of the battery Bj.
