Abstract:
Provided is a battery characteristic determination device with which it is possible to determine battery characteristics with good precision even when capacity recovery has been performed. In order to solve this problem, a battery characteristic determination device is provided that determines battery characteristics that change accompanying the deterioration of a lithium-ion secondary battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a third electrode that replenishes lithium ions to the positive electrode and/or the negative electrode, wherein the battery characteristic determination device comprises a parameter update unit 52 that updates a determination parameter for determining the battery characteristics of the lithium-ion secondary battery during capacity recovery due to replenishment of the lithium ions to the electrodes.
