Abstract:
A battery charging method. Said method comprises: firstly acquiring battery parameters, the battery parameters comprising electrode parameters of a battery, and then inputting, according to the battery parameters, a battery model represented by an ordinary differential equation, to acquire a safe charging boundary value of the battery after n cycles, the parameters further comprising one or more of structure parameters, manufacturing process parameters, electrical parameters, electrolyte parameters, diaphragm parameters and thermophysical property parameters of the battery, the safe charging boundary value being a maximum charging current at which no lithium precipitation occurs to the battery, under different states of charge (SOCs) and different temperatures, said n being greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to N, N being the cycle life of the battery, and said n cycles referring to n cycles selected from 0 to N cycles; and finally according to the current number of cycles of the battery, the current temperature, the current SOC and the safe charging boundary value, obtaining a maximum safe charging current value under the current number of cycles and the current SOC of the battery.
