Abstract:
A battery charging and replacement station aims to solve problems in which existing battery charging and replacement stations have complicated mechanical arrangements and poor battery replacement performance. The battery charging and replacement station comprises: a battery replacement platform (1); a battery storage device (2); a battery transfer device (3); and a battery replacement vehicle (4). The battery replacement platform (1) is provided on the ground where the battery charging and replacement station is located and is capable of positioning a vehicle parked thereon. The battery storage device (2) stores multiple batteries and can be connected to the battery transfer device (3) to swap batteries. The battery transfer device (3) can be connected to the battery replacement vehicle (4) to transfer a fully-charged battery to the battery replacement vehicle (4) immediately after receiving a battery with low charge level from the battery replacement vehicle (4). The battery replacement vehicle (4) loaded with batteries can move between a position under the battery replacement platform (1) and the battery transfer device (3), and can replace a battery for a vehicle under the battery replacement platform (1). The battery charging and replacement station enables battery replacement to be performed without lifting a vehicle, and thus has a simplified configuration, thereby improving battery replacement performance.
