Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery charging system for a construction machine, comprising: a tail pipe for guiding exhaust gas to discharge the flow of the exhaust gas to the outside; a rotation unit provided at one side of the inner peripheral surface of the tail pipe for generating rotation force by the pressure caused by the discharge flow of the exhaust gas; a generator connected to the rotation unit for producing electrical energy by the rotation force generated by the rotation unit; an inverter for converting the electrical energy produced by the generator into a set voltage; and a battery charged by the set voltage was converted by the inverter, wherein charging time is shortened and engine operation time is decreased such that a fuel ratio can be reduced.
