The battery compartment assembly (1) comprises: a compartment body (10) provided with an accommodating cavity (101); a compartment cover (20); and a rotating assembly (30) comprising a fixed seat (301), a movable seat (302), a rotating shaft (303a), a first damping assembly (3033), and a first adjusting member (3034); the movable seat (302) is rotatably connected to the fixed seat (301) by means of the rotating shaft (303a), and the movable seat (302) is provided with a first rotating protrusion (3021); the fixed seat (301) is provided with a fixed protrusion (3011); the first damping assembly (3033) is disposed on the rotating shaft (303a), and the first damping assembly (3033) is located between the first rotating protrusion (3021) and the fixed protrusion (3011); the first adjusting member (3034) is disposed on the fixed seat (301). In this way, the first adjusting member (3034) can drive the rotating shaft (303a) to move axially, so as to increase or decrease the damping between the first damping assembly (3033) and the first rotating protrusion (3021), so that the opening speed of the compartment cover (20) connected to the movable seat (302) is more stable.
