Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of battery recycling. Specifically disclosed is a battery crushing device. The battery crushing device comprises a seat body, a cylinder body, a crushing assembly, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, wherein the cylinder body comprises an upper crushing cylinder and a lower crushing cylinder, which are sequentially arranged in a vertical direction, the upper crushing cylinder being fixed to the seat body, and the upper crushing cylinder and the lower crushing cylinder being combined to form a crushing cavity having a sealing structure; a feeding hole that is in communication with the crushing cavity is formed in the top of the upper crushing cylinder, a hinge portion having a hinge hole is arranged on an outer wall of the top of the upper crushing cylinder, a hinge shaft is arranged on an outer wall of the top of the lower crushing cylinder, and the hinge shaft is rotationally arranged in the hinge hole of the hinge portion in a penetrating manner; the crushing assembly is arranged in the crushing cavity, and the crushing assembly is rotationally connected to a side wall of the upper crushing cylinder by means of a rotating shaft; the first driving mechanism is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the hinge shaft to rotate around the hinge hole, such that the bottom of the lower crushing cylinder unfolds or folds relative to the bottom of the upper crushing cylinder.
