A lithium coating method according to one embodiment may comprise: a step for heating a metallic material at a predetermined temperature so as to coat the metallic material with an oxide layer having a lithiophilic property; and the step for contacting the metal material coated with the oxide layer with molten lithium so as to coat the oxide layer with a lithium layer.
