Abstract:

A battery management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a processor; and a memory that stores at least one instruction executed by the processor, wherein the at least one instruction may comprise: an instruction that enables to detect an event requiring emergency storage of BMS data; an instruction that enables to request the emergency storage of the BMS data from a first controller within an apparatus including a battery, upon detecting the event requiring the emergency storage of the BMS data; and an instruction that enables to receive, from the first controller, a response to the request and transmit the BMS data to the first controller.
