A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell assembly including a plurality of battery cells stacked on one another; a base plate supporting the lower side of the battery cell assembly; a cover plate which is arranged apart from the base plate and covers the upper side of the battery cell assembly; and an elastic bead unit arranged between the cover plate and the battery cell assembly.
