Abstract:
A battery module (100) and a vehicle having same. The battery module (100) comprises a first side wall surface (101) and a second side wall surface (102), and comprises a plurality of cells (10), the cells (10) comprising a first electrode (11), a second electrode (12), and a third electrode (13). One of the plurality of first electrodes (11) is a positive electrode lead-out terminal of the battery module (100), the positive electrode lead-out terminal being arranged on the first side wall surface (101). One of the plurality of second electrodes (12) is a negative electrode lead-out terminal of the battery module (100), the negative electrode lead-out terminal being arranged on the second side wall surface (102), or one of the plurality of second electrodes (12) is a negative electrode lead-out terminal of the battery module (100), the negative electrode lead-out terminal of the battery module (100) being arranged on the first side wall surface (101).
