Abstract:

Disclosed is a battery module having improved assemblability and safety in the present invention. The battery module according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a cell assembly having one or more battery cells; and a module frame having a plurality of unit frames insert-coupled to each other to accommodate the cell assembly in an internal space, and having a venting channel provided in an overlapping portion formed by the insert-coupling.
