Title:
BATTERY MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/034350
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery module having excellent vibration resistance and excellent impact resistance. This battery module includes a unit battery (100) that includes: an electrode laminated body (60) obtained by laminating positive electrodes and negative electrodes with separators being interposed therebetween; and a laminate film package (90) that houses the electrode laminated body (60) and electrolyte, and that has impact resistance against at least an impact of G. Here, the relationship of μeff<μ1 is satisfied between an effective static friction coefficient μeff between the following: an outermost layer of the electrode laminated body (60) and an internal layer of the laminate film package (90) when the electrolyte is filled in the laminate film package; and a static friction coefficient μ1 that is a greater static friction coefficient among a static friction coefficient between the positive electrode and the separator and a static friction coefficient between the negative electrode and the separator. Further, the relationship of mG<2PAμeff is satisfied among a weight m of the electrode laminated body (60), an area A where the outermost layer of the electrode laminated body (60) and the internal layer of the laminate film package (90) are in contact with each other, and an atmosphere pressure P.
