Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, this battery pack includes a secondary battery, measuring unit, internal state estimation unit, temperature estimation unit, and determining unit. The measuring unit obtains measurement data by measuring the current, voltage, and temperature of the secondary battery, and the environmental temperature of the outside of the secondary battery. The internal state estimation unit obtains estimation parameters by estimating the internal state of the secondary battery on the basis of the measurement data. The temperature estimation unit obtains an estimated temperature by estimating the temperature of the secondary battery on the basis of the measurement data and the estimation parameters. The determining unit compares the absolute value of the temperature difference between the measured temperature of the secondary battery and the estimated temperature with at least a temperature threshold value at one level, said measured temperature being included in the measurement data, and determines the temperature state of the secondary battery corresponding to comparison results.
