Abstract:
The present invention comprises a battery pack and a device comprising same, and a battery pack according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: at least one battery module; a pack case including a case cover for covering the at least one battery module, and a case tray coupled to the edge of the case cover; and a gasket arranged between the case cover and the case tray, wherein the gasket includes a gasket planar part, which is one region that extends without curvature, and a gasket corner part, which is one region in which the gasket is modified to correspond to the shape of the pack case, and thus is bent while having curvature.
