Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery pack having a battery cell with an enhanced lifespan, and a device including same. Particularly, the present invention relates to a battery pack and a device including same, the battery pack being characterized by comprising: a plurality of battery modules stacked vertically in a horizontal state; a pressing member which includes an upper pressing plate positioned on the outside of the battery module, a lower pressing plate positioned below the battery module, a plurality of side plates connecting the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate, and a reinforcing part; and a pack case surrounding the pressing plates, wherein the side plates include an upper side plate and a lower side plate which are in close contact or fixed to each other with an adhesive, and the reinforcing part is positioned in the closely contacting or fixed portion.
