Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of energy. Provided are a battery pack management method and apparatus, and an energy storage system and a battery pack, which are used for solving the problem of it being impossible to perform genuine and valid detection of the state of health (SOH) in an energy storage device in which the state of charge (SOC) is limited. The battery pack management method provided in the present application may comprise: detecting that a battery pack reaches a calibration condition; removing an SOC limit of the battery pack; fully charging and discharging the battery pack to obtain a maximum discharge amount of the battery pack; acquiring a rated capacity of the battery pack; calculating an SOH value on the basis of the maximum discharge amount and the rated capacity of the battery pack; and updating an SOC limit value of the battery pack according to the obtained SOH value, and enabling the SOC limit of the battery pack. By means of the management method provided in the present application, the SOC limit can be removed according to requirements, so as to obtain a genuine and valid SOH value of a battery pack, such that the SOH of an energy storage device can be effectively detected, and the energy storage device can be precisely and effectively managed.
