Abstract:
A battery pack is disclosed. A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first battery contactor and a second battery contactor each of which has one end electrically connected to a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal of a battery, respectively; a first charging contactor and a second charging contactor each of which has one end electrically connected to the other end of the first battery contactor and the other end of the second battery contactor, respectively; a first power connector which is connected to a second power connector of a charger having a first output terminal and a second output terminal; and a control unit which, if the second power connector is connected to the first power connector and a charging voltage is applied between the first output terminal and the second output terminal from the power source of the charger, is for controlling the first charging contactor and/or the second charging contactor to be in a turn-on state or a turn-off state and diagnosing whether or not the first charging contactor or the second charging contactor is malfunctioning.
