Abstract:

Provided are a battery rack capable of effectively controlling a thermal event, and an energy storage system comprising same. The battery rack according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: battery modules; a rack frame for accommodating the battery modules; a fire extinguishing agent supply module arranged on one side of the rack frame and connected to the battery module; and a support module which supports the fire extinguishing agent supply module, and which is coupled to the one side of the rack frame such that the fire extinguishing agent supply module faces the battery modules.
