Abstract:
Provided are a battery replacing control method and system for an electric vehicle. A battery mounting frame is arranged on a vehicle body of the electric vehicle. The battery replacing control method comprises the following steps: Step A. Taking a first battery from the electric vehicle by means of battery replacing equipment (S1); Step B. A stacking machine takes the first battery from the battery replacing equipment (S2); Step C. The stacking machine conveys the first battery to a battery bin (S3); Step D. The stacking machine takes a second battery from the battery bin (S4); Step E. The stacking machine conveys the second battery to the battery replacing equipment (S5); Step F. Mounting the second battery on the battery mounting frame by means of the battery replacing equipment (S6). The battery replacing control method and system for the electric vehicle achieve precise alignment and automatic control when the batteries are transferred among the electric vehicle, the stacking machine, the battery replacing equipment and the battery bin by using multiple sensors and specific lock structures. Therefore, the error probability in the process of battery replacing is reduced, and the safe reliability of battery replacing and the battery replacing efficiency are improved.
