Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery string welding machine. The battery string welding machine comprises a gluing portion, a battery piece feeding portion, a welding strip feeding portion, a conveying portion and an irradiation portion, wherein the gluing portion is used for applying photosensitive glue dots between preset auxiliary grid lines of battery pieces, so as to form glue dot rows on the surfaces of the battery pieces; the battery piece feeding portion is used for carrying the battery pieces having glue dot rows applied thereon to the conveying portion; the welding strip feeding portions are used for providing welding strip groups to a material receiving station of the conveying portion; the conveying portion conveys stacked welding strip groups and battery pieces to the irradiation portion at the welding station; and the irradiation portion is used for irradiating the glue dot rows, so as to fix the welding strip groups to the battery pieces. Glue dot rows are formed on the surfaces of the battery pieces by means of the arrangement of the gluing portion, feeding and stacking of welding strip groups and battery pieces are achieved by means of the battery piece feeding portion and the welding strip feeding portion, conveying of the battery pieces and the welding strip groups is achieved by means of the conveying portion, and welding strips are fixed to the glue dot rows of the battery pieces by means of the irradiation portion, so as to complete production of the battery string.
