Abstract:
The present invention provides a battery swapping device for an electric vehicle, comprising a base. A used battery placement slot is formed on the internal left side of the base, a new battery placement slot is formed on the internal right side of the base, a jacking mechanism is arranged at the internal bottom of each of the used battery placement slot and the new battery placement slot, a first chute is formed on each of the front and rear sides of the upper end of the base, a sliding support is arranged on the first chutes in a sliding manner, a battery swapping seat is arranged on the upper side of the sliding support, a servo cylinder is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the base, a right end of the servo cylinder is connected to the sliding support, a second chute is formed on each of the internal front and rear sides of the battery swapping seat, the second chutes are connected with a battery swapping plate in a sliding manner, a movable motor is arranged on the battery swapping plate, the battery swapping plate slides on the second chutes by means of the battery swapping plate, a vacuum adsorption device is arranged on the front side of the battery swapping plate, and a battery swapping slot is formed in the middle of the battery swapping seat. The battery is swapped by the movement of the battery swapping seat and the battery swapping plate, reducing manpower operation and reducing labor intensity. The battery swapping device has a simple structure and is convenient to use.
