A battery tray (100) and a battery pack (1000), characterized in that the battery tray (100) comprises a bottom plate (1) and a side plate (2) provided around the bottom plate (1), the side plate (2) being fixed with a lifting lug (3) for mounting the battery tray (100), the side plate (2) being provided with a bearing part (21), and the lifting lug (3) having a supporting part (31) supporting a bottom surface (211) of the bearing part (21).
