Abstract:
A battery (1000) comprising a positive electrode (201) comprising a first positive electrode layer (101) and a second positive electrode layer (102); a negative electrode (104); and an electrolyte layer (103). The first positive electrode layer (101) includes a first positive electrode active substance (110), a first solid electrolyte material (111), and a covering material (113). The second positive electrode layer (102) includes a second positive electrode active substance (112) and the first solid electrolyte material (111). The first solid electrolyte material (111) includes lithium, at least one type selected from the group consisting of a metal element other than lithium and a metalloid element, and at least one type selected from the group consisting of chlorine and bromine, and does not include sulfur.
