Title:
BATTERY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/053847
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a battery in which reliability is improved. A battery (1000) according to the present disclosure comprises an electrode layer (100), a facing electrode layer (200) positioned facing the electrode layer (100), and a solid electrolyte layer (300) positioned between the electrode layer (100) and the facing electrode layer (200). The electrode layer (100) has: an electrode collector (120); and an electrode active-material layer (110) positioned between the electrode collector (120) and the solid electrolyte layer (300), the surface area in plan view of the electrode active-material layer (110) being smaller than the electrode collector (120) and the solid electrolyte layer (300). In plan view, when the region in which the electrode active-material layer (110) is positioned is defined as a first region (10), and the region on the outer side of the first region (10) is defined as a second region (20), the solid electrolyte layer (300) covers the outer side of the electrode active-material layer (110) in plan view and contacts the electrode collector (120) in the second region (20), and the electrode collector (120) or the solid electrolyte layer (300) has at least one structure defect section (700) in the second region (20), the structure defect section (700) being line-shaped in plan view.
