Abstract:
Provided are a bead used for a light-duty truck, and a tire manufactured using same, belonging to the technical field of bead manufacturing, and comprising a bead wire (40) in contact with a mounting rim, a tire carcass reinforcing member (10) anchored to the bead by means of surrounding a ring-shaped bead wire (40), and a bead filler material (50) placed on each bead wire (40) and located within the crimping space of the tire carcass reinforcing member (10); the bead filler material (50) is formed by overlapping and compounding a first bead filler material (52) and a second bead filler material (51), said first bead filler material (52) and said second bead filler material (51) both being placed on the radially outer side of the bead wire (40); also comprising a rubber reinforcing member (60), said rubber reinforcing member (60) being placed between the tire carcass reinforcing member (10) and the tire sidewall (30); the rubber reinforcing member (60) is formed in the circumferential direction, the first bead filler material (52), the second bead filler material (51), and the rubber reinforcing member (60) are made of low heat-generating rubber material, and are used for solving the technical problem, in the prior art, of bulging or delamination caused by heat accumulation of the tire bead due to overloading.
