Abstract:
A beam-splitting integrated apparatus and a laser beam splitting device. The beam-splitting integrated apparatus comprises at least one beam splitter (1). Each beam splitter (1) comprises: a half-wave plate (11), which is used for changing the polarization direction of incident light, wherein the incident light propagates in a first direction; a polarization beam-splitting prism (12), which is used for splitting, into first polarized light and second polarized light, the incident light that has passed through the half-wave plate (11), the first polarized light propagating in the first direction, and the second polarized light propagating in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and a first driving mechanism (13), which is used for driving the half-wave plate (11) to rotate about the first direction to adjust the polarization direction of the incident light that has been changed by the half-wave plate (11), so as to change the respective power of the first polarized light and the second polarized light obtained by means of splitting by the polarization beam-splitting prism (12). A plurality of light beams can be emitted, and the respective power of the light beams can be separately adjusted, such that the aim of machining, in parallel, a plurality of parts to be machined is achieved, thus greatly improving the machining efficiency. In addition, an output power of a laser device can be fully utilized, and thus the utilization efficiency of energy is improved.
