Abstract:
Inner rings of bearings for a front cover are fastened by a bearing pressing body to mechanically affix the front cover and the bearings together so that a ball screw shaft is stably retained. A bearing structure for a step motor integral with a ball screw shaft is configured such that inner rings (4a, 5a) of bearings (4, 5) for a front cover which rotatably support the ball screw shaft (11) are fastened in the directions opposite to each other by a bearing pressing body (6) engaged through threads with a fixing screw thread section (21) of the ball screw shaft (11).  This causes the bearings (4, 5) for the front cover to be mechanically fixed to the front cover (2), and as a result, the bearings (4, 5) stably retain the ball screw shaft (11).
