According to the present invention, an bed alarm having a time notification function comprises a mat portion (100), a support portion (200), a headboard (300), and a time alarm unit (400) inserted into and arranged in the headboard(300), and thus a user can visually and auditorily know the time without needing to find a clock and check the time, both day and night.
