A bed frame, a mattress and an electric bed. The bed frame comprises a base (1), a first frame (2), a second frame (3), a third frame (4) and a fourth frame (9). The first frame (2) is used for supporting the buttocks of a person and is movably connected to the base (1). The second frame (3) is used for supporting the back of the person and is movably connected to a first end (2a) of the first frame (2). The third frame (4) is used for supporting the thighs of the person and is movably connected to a second end (2b) of the first frame (2). The fourth frame (9) is used for supporting lower legs of the person, one end of the fourth frame is hinged to the third frame (4), and the other end of the fourth frame is suspended. The bed frame has a first state and a second state; a tilt angle of the first frame (2) and the third frame (4) in the first state is less than that of the first frame and the third frame in the second state; and the second end (2b) of the first frame (2) is tilted in the second state. The bed frame has a simple and reliable structure and is more comfortable to use.
