Abstract:
A bed sheet folding integrated device, comprising a folding device body (1) and a drive mechanism (15). The folding device body (1) is provided with a machine platform (2), a protective cover (3), a conveying platform surface (4), a roller (5), a conveyor belt (6), a movable vertical column (7), a drive motor (8), a turnover frame (9), an air cylinder base (10), a turnover plate (11), an air cylinder (12), a sliding groove (13), a connection hinge (14), the drive mechanism (15), a moving block (16), a mounting groove (17), a dual shaft motor (18), a gear (19), and a movable connection fastener (20). The finished product bed sheet is conveyed to a folding platform (21) by the conveying platform surface (4) on the folding device body (1), is turned over and folded by a turnover rod on the drive motor (8), and is folded into square by a folding plate (22) after turning over and folding are completed. It is convenient and fast to fold the bed sheet by using the device, the packaging efficiency is high, and the labor of workers is reduced.
