Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a beer-like beverage which has a reduced sugar content, yet still imparts a feeling of resistance in the throat, despite being a beer-flavored beverage having a reduced sugar content. The present invention solves this problem by providing a beer-like beverage which exhibits a ferulic acid concentration of 0.4-10ppm(w/v), a sugar concentration of 2.0g/100ml or less, and an alcohol concentration of 10%(v/v) or less.
